Any items that require personalisation are typically despatched within 5 working days.

Delivery service

All UK orders are despatched using the Royal Mail Standard 1st Class delivery service unless otherwise specified. Clients are welcome to arrange delivery themselves, in which case we are only responsible for handing the order to their chosen courier and the customer accepts all responsibility for the successful delivery of the order.

Cost

Standard delivery cost is £4.99 per order, as long as, the parcel is under 30 kg in weight and 80 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm in length, width and height. Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as postal delays and force majeure can sometimes cause delays to deliveries. In each case we will contact you as soon as possible and endeavour to find a fast resolution.

If your goods are required by a certain date please get in touch prior to placing the order and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. If this is not possible we will advise you in advance.
